TDD interference troubleshooting tool - "Gating Technology" 

Gating technology can separate the time domain and frequency domain. It is mainly used in the interference investigation of TDD-5G, TDD-LTE, DMR and other standards. Through the gating technology, the time unit can be freely set, such as: GPS delay, start Time slot, start symbol and other 4G and 5G time units, and the set time length can be quickly converted into frequency domain waveform through FFT Fourier, and the minimum 100MHz frequency domain waveform corresponding to any 5G symbol can be displayed, and then By locking the GP symbol (Note: GP is the guard interval, as the transition band from the downlink signal to the uplink signal, this time is a silent period, no data is sent) to filter out the downlink signal of the base station and the uplink signal of the user, and perform interference investigation.

After the gating technology is adopted, three kinds of signals under a TDD system will be stripped, namely: the downlink signal of the base station, the GP signal and the uplink signal of the UE.

Industry's first gating technology with "only 1" symbol level

The following figure uses the gating technology to synchronize the time domain waveform of the 5G signal in the mobile 2.6G band, and can display the 5G subframe ratio of 8:2, the period of 5ms, and the number of time slots S on the waveform. = period * 2u, so when the subcarrier interval is 30KHz, there are 10 time slots in total, and two periods are used cyclically.
